Lo Secco begins in Prosecco DOC, Montorso Vicentino in Veneto, Italy, where Glera grapes grow in calcareous, clay-rich soils that support expressive sparkling wine. These vineyards are sustainably cultivated and part of a B-Corp certified production environment, reflecting an ongoing commitment to quality and responsible practices.

From Cultivation to Production
Lo Secco follows a careful production approach designed to protect clarity, structure, and bright expression.
Grapes are pressed as whole clusters to preserve their natural aromatics. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, allowing the base wine to develop gradually and cleanly. Selected yeasts guide the process, supporting a steady build of flavor over the course of the fermentation period.
This step adds depth and smoothness without overshadowing the fruit. A brief resting period allows the bubbles to integrate and the texture to settle into its final form.
